Who I help

I specialize in working with gifted and twice-exceptional (2e) children on improving self-esteem, anxiety, and people-pleasing challenges.

How I work

I primarily utilize child-centered play therapy, allowing the child to develop a sense of safety and control over their life and decisions to achieve self-actualization. For young people ages 12 and older, I utilize other methods including cognitive behavioral play therapy and expressive arts techniques to match their level of cognitive development.
