Who I help

I specialize in helping children express themselves through play in ways that lead to real healing emotionally, socially, and behaviorally. Whether your family is navigating trauma, emotional dysregulation, or everyday stress, I create a space where your child can feel seen, safe, and supported. I also work closely with parents to help you better understand your child’s needs and feel more confident in your parenting. My goal is to foster meaningful change, one small but powerful step at a time.

What parents can expect

Parents are key players on this journey. We’ll check during a parent consultation session every 5 or so weeks to share insights, strategies, and progress, ensuring you feel supported and involved every step of the way.
