Therapy approaches
Who I help
I work with children and families navigating big emotions, anxiety, behavior changes, life transitions, grief, school struggles, and family changes. 🤍
Sometimes kids don’t have the words to tell us what’s going on,but they can show us through play.
My goal is to create a safe space where children can express, process, and grow while supporting parents with encouragement, understanding, and practical tools along the way.
Because sometimes you just know… “Something feels different, and I want to help.”
How I work
Through play, children can explore emotions, build confidence, practice coping skills, work through challenges, and discover that their feelings are safe to express.
Along the way, I partner with parents by offering encouragement, understanding, and practical tools to support growth at home.
What parents can expect
Getting started is a partnership. 🤍
We begin with a parent consultation so I can learn about your child, understand your concerns, and talk through goals for therapy.
Once sessions begin, your child gets a safe, child-centered space to be themselves and communicate through play.
Parents aren’t left out of the process. I check in regularly, share observations and progress, and offer practical ways to support your child between sessions while also respecting your child’s privacy and therapeutic space.
My goal is for you to feel supported, informed, and confident along the way.
